What We Do

Fountainhead Capital Partners Limited ("Fountainhead Capital") invests in and raises funds for businesses that have a demonstrable growth story or niche market position. We like to work with management teams at an early stage on a partnership basis, developing and refining their business and financing strategies and optimising the positioning of the company for the financing markets. We like to develop a long-term relationship with companies we work with to see them through several phases of their strategic and financial development.

We invest in and procure funding for companies on both a private and a public basis. For the latter we generally invest through an accelerated initial public offering "AIPO" structure that combines a reverse merger with an OTC.BB public vehicle controlled by Fountainhead Capital and a simultaneous pipe funding (see AIPO for detailed explanation of transaction mechanism). Fountainhead Capital will either raise the pipe funding directly from institutional investors or in certain situations in partnership with one of its selected investment banking partners. We are highly unlikely to work with a company which is already public.
