What We Look For

We are looking to identify quality companies seeking funding who are willing to seek private or public funding in the US. These Companies should have:

• A comprehensive business plan - with demonstrable growth or strong niche market position
• Strong management with at least one senior manager who speaks English
• Audited financials that conform (or can be conformed) to IFRS or US GAAP
• A Business plan that will likely require multiple financings
• Attributes to attract strong brokerage sponsorship over time:
  • Help develop a research following; and
  • "Roadshow" the business post transaction to build institutional interest - essential for a successful follow-on offering
